Membership & Agreement Deadline:

• The deadline to confirm your membership and complete the Artist Agreement is January 4, 2027. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please complete your agreement by the deadline to secure your spot.

• Please check the status of your membership by January 4, 2027, and ensure it is active through January 31, 2027, to participate.

Submission Guidelines

Size Limitations:

• Hanging pieces and sculptures (including frames) must not exceed 24”x 24”.

• If your sculpture requires a pedestal or stand, include its dimensions with your submission.

Ready-to-Hang Requirement:

• All artwork must be fully prepared for display at the time of delivery.

• Include specific hanging instructions or images if your piece requires a unique setup.

New Work Only:

• Only artwork created since 2022 is eligible.

• Previously shown pieces will not be accepted.

Form Submission:

• Complete the Member Show Form and select your preferred drop-off date before delivering your artwork.

​

Eligibility:

• Open to members (High School Seniors and older).

• Only one member per membership may participate.

Timely Drop-Off:

• Drop off your artwork during the following times:

  • Tues, Jan 5: 12 pm - 7 pm

  • Wed, Jan 6: 10 am - 2 pm

• Deliver your work on time to ensure smooth curation and installation for this large-scale show. Late submissions will not be accommodated.

We will inform you if your artwork sells. If we do not inform you, please pick up your artwork between January 26 and 29, from 11 AM to 4 PM.
