CALL FOR ARTISTS: Garrison Art Center invites you to submit an application to exhibit and sell your work in our 50th Annual Riverside Crafts Fair. 70+ artists will be selected to participate. Entries will be judged based on originality, quality, booth presentation and a balanced representation within the FAIR.

JEWELRY — SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
If you are not applying in the jewelry category, but intend to sell jewelry you must submit an additional 3 images of the jewelry by emailing them to: email@example.com. (Jewelry is our largest category, and we must maintain a fair balance.)
Artists must submit applications and images online. No CDs or e-mail submissions accepted.
What to Submit
4 JPEG images including 3 of actual work and one image of booth set up.
Image Format High-resolution jpeg images
180 to 300 DPI (images should be at least 3”x5”). Accepted artists will be asked to send a digital image 5x7 at 300 dpi for inclusion in marketing materials and the Fair web page.
How to submit
All images are to be submitted as digital files via SmarterEntry at smarterentry.com/garrison. Follow the online instructions to submit your application and images. A non-refundable ENTRY FEE of $30 for 4 images will be charged after midnight on February 7, 2020. Your electronic credit card receipt will be your confirmation. Accepted artisans will receive an email with acceptance notifications and registration forms by March 10-13, 2020.
Booth Sharing Note
If you wish to share a booth with another artist, you must each submit an online application with required images, entry fee and be accepted by the FAIR jury committee. Both applicants must enter name of sharing artist in the additional comments on the online application form. (If you both enter by February 7, midnight, neither will pay the entry fee.)
Artists are responsible for the transportation, insurance, booth set up and sale of their own work.
Food vendors must submit required food sales permits and insurance certificates at the time of acceptance.
Artists are required to install freestanding booths securely on the grass with weights, stakes, and protection. All materials must be kept within the booth area. Booth assignments will be made during the summer.
The FAIR is outdoors, rain or shine. Electricity is not available and generators are not allowed. Battery-operated lights are permitted.
Booths may remain set up Friday and Saturday nights. Garrison Art Center assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to work or booths but will provide security throughout both nights.
All work must be original and created by hand or with tools by the artist or under the direct supervision of the artist. Pre-manufactured molds, factory-made items are not accepted.
Cancellation: Notice of your intent to withdraw from the Riverside Crafts Fair and requests for refunds must be in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be considered after July 1, 2020.

Terms and Conditions
The ART CENTER reserves the right to reproduce images of accepted work on our website and in any advertising associated with the FAIR.
The ART CENTER has the right to refuse work which differs from the original submissions and selections by jurors. Submission of application and images indicates acceptance of conditions stated herein.
