Garrison Art Center is happy to offer financial support to students in need to offset the cost of summer arts education and classes throughout the year. Donor Funded Summer Art Scholarship 

We believe art should be accessible to all. In 2022, we gave away over $10,000 in financial assistance to families participating in our summer programs.


(Excellence in Art Award) 

Garrison Art Center grants a $500 scholarship is awarded to one graduating senior from Haldane High School


The Renee Ulrich Oswald Award 

Thanks to a generous yearly contribution from Renee Ulrich Oswald’s legacy, we can give a full scholarship for Summer Arts on the Hudson

The Gillette Scholarship Fund 

Henry S. Gillette, an accomplished artist, author, teacher, and mentor, was a devoted participant at Garrison Art Center for many years and left a bequest to the Art Center in support of the arts education program. Mr. Gillette was recognized throughout his life for his talents in various media, including painting, book illustration, and teaching.
