ABOUT THE ARTIST |
| Janet J Amalfitano, watercolor artist, instructor, originally pursued a career in textile design at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, switched gears and became an accountant working in the fitness industry for more than twenty five years. A recent retiree, Janet returned to her first passion of watercolor painting and now devotes full-time to the medium. She has attended many workshops given by celebrated and very fine artists and is an award-winning artist whose work is held in many private and corporate collections. |
