Tom Loggia gets involved with the spirit of the clay, using it as a canvas for the "paintings" he creates in pottery. Viewing pottery as both art and alchemy, as well as being a thing of the earth, Loggia appreciates that every element is included -- the water, the clay, the heat, drying -- earth, air, fire, water.
