Artists are invited at any
time to submit images of work for consideration for the 2009 gallery calendar. Please submit a CD to GAC with 6 to 10 images
of a specific body of work being proposed for exhibition. An artist bio,
mission statement, and a suggested price along with the size of the artwork is
required. Please include a SASE for return of materials. If CD is unavailable,
send images via email-friendly jpeg format. The curatorial committee meets in
September and Artists may be required to send or deliver pieces to the
committee for revue at that time. Artist is responsible for delivery
of ready-to-hang artwork and final removal. There are two galleries for
solo exhibitions. The Anita Balter Gallery is an intimate space and suitable
for small scale works. The Gillette
Gallery is a more spacious size and can accommodate large work including three-dimensional
art. |
